This bundle offers an egg poaching rack with 4 stainless steel cups and an Egg Steamer Rack for making hard-boiled eggs in an Instant Pot or Pressure Cooker. The poaching rack is compatible with a variety of cookware, including the Instant Pot and Pressure Cooker. The Egg Steamer rack can also be used as a trivet. The patented Eggssentials Egg Poaching Rack serves as an insert for many pans, pots, and skillets. Measuring 9 inches in diameter and 2 inches tall, including the handle, it will fit in any pot with an inside diameter larger than 9 inches. This model is not designed for use with Instant Pot TM or Pressure Cookers.
The poacher cups are designed to hold 75ml, easily accommodating 6 extra-large eggs without any spills. Unlike the silicone poaching cups on the market, these stainless steel cups feature a high-quality non-stick coating, ensuring no messy residue that is difficult to wash out. The stainless steel construction allows the eggs to cook faster and more evenly, and the cups will last for many years. Silicone, being an insulator, does not contribute to the cooking process.
For safe and easy use, these deluxe poacher cups feature a convenient Bakelite handle that cools down quickly, making removal easy.
